One and only
Meaning: The only person or thing of that kind
- He finally met the one and only actor he had admired since childhood.

Meaning: Combining several things into one.

One in a million
Meaning: Exceptionally rare or special.
- My grandmother is one in a million—always kind and patient.
For one thing
