At the End or In the End?

There is a lot of confusion over these two phrases. How many times have you thought “I’ll never learn when to use which one”?

Here is a simple explanation to guide you:

AT THE END is used for:

Metaphorical end
ex. at the end of the film.

The final point of a time period
ex. she told us about that at the end of the meeting.
